Do you ship internationally?

Yes!


What is your refund policy?

For damaged items: A refund or replacement will be offered provided photographic evidence of damage in transit is given.

For items not damaged in transit: The buyer is responsible for return postage, and will be issued a refund upon receipt of the item.


Do you take commissions?

I do occasionally take commissions for embroideries or paintings if I have time. Feel free to ask, but please be aware that I may not be able to!


If I like the style of a skirt or dress, but don’t like any of the fabrics, can I request a different fabric?

Yes! If you already have an idea of the kind of fabric you want, send me pictures and I can try to find something similar near me. Alternatively, if you already have fabric, you can ship it to me at your cost. Please be aware that the garment might be more expensive than advertised, depending on the price of the fabric.


Can I customize my embroidery?

If there is no option on the page to customize the product, then unfortunately it cannot be customized.
